Display at a standard stand: stand panels spacing 1m х 2,5 m; table, 2 chairs, wall socket 220 V, 3 kW. Minimum exhibition space – 4 m²	1 m².	2000 Roub

Agenda, order of the ceremony and conditions of participation will be presented upon receipt of a tentative application to participate in this event

To register as a participant please fill in the application and agreement and send it together with information to be published in the catalogue of the exhibition by September 25, transfer payment for participation in the Forum and the exhibition by September 25. The application can be accepted later than the specified date, but in this case the organization committee cannot guarantee publishing the information in the catalogue.

Operations of the Forum:

October 14, Tuesday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

- arrival of participants, installing equipment and arranging exhibition space, agreeing upon the order of presentations accompanying the reports at the conference (arrival and installation of large-scale equipment will start on October 13)

October 15, Wednesday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m

- operations of the exhibition

– the official reception for the opening of the Ural Laser Innovation and Technology Centre.

October 16, Thursday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

- operations of the exhibition and the conference.

– official start of the conference. Plenary session of the conference, summarizing results, developing recommendations.

– the official reception on behalf of the Organization Committee of the Forum.

October 17, Friday, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m

– operations of the conference and the exhibition, 3 p.m. - end of the Forum, dismantling the equipment, departure of participants
